- Take regular short breaks
- Stay hydrated - drink plenty of water
- Eat nutritiously and resist temptation to snack throughout the day
- Get daily exercise daily and physical activity
- Get outside to break up the day and get fresh air and sunshine
- Maintain good sleep habits (7-8 hours per night)
- Practice stress management and relaxation techniques
